Prayer Is The Key To Power

WHY SHOULD WE PRAY?

1. Connecting with God:

• Prayer is a form of communication with God, allowing us to express our thoughts, feelings, and desires. 
• It helps us develop a deeper understanding and relationship with God. 
• Prayer can lead to a sense of peace and comfort, knowing that God is listening and cares about our lives.

• Prayer encourages us to rely on God for strength, guidance, and provision. 
• It helps us trust in God's power and wisdom, even in challenging times. 
• By praying, we reinforce our faith and commitment to God. 

3. Expressing Needs and Desires: 

• Prayer allows us to ask God for help with personal struggles, difficulties, or requests. 
• We can seek God's guidance in making decisions and facing challenges. 
• Prayer is a way to express gratitude for blessings and rejoice in God's goodness. 

4. Aligning with God's Will: 

• Prayer helps us discern God's will for our lives and make choices that align with His purposes.

17 Elijah was a man with human frailties, just like all of us, but he prayed and received supernatural answers.  He actually shut the heavens over the land so there would be no rain for three and a half years!
