Pastor Allan B. Leonard, Sr. is Founder and Senior Pastor of the Abundant Life Church of God in Germantown, MD. Pastor Al is a visionary who on June 5, 1978 left his native home of Philadelphia PA. where he served as Youth Pastor under the leadership of his father the Rev. Roland G. Leonard Sr., to come to Maryland to work in the Construction industry. His parents Rev. Roland and Margaret Leonard Sr. as well as adult siblings still reside in the Philadelphia area.

Co-pastor Jeraldine Leonard is Co-founder and Associate Pastor of the Abundant Life Church of God in Germantown, MD. Sis Jeraldine was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. She has 2 sisters: Jean Stroud whom God gifted in financial ministry and Linda Poole who is the Associate Minister at the High Street Church of God in Philadelphia. Sis Jeraldine began preaching and teaching at the age of 19 under the leadership of Pastor Roland G. Leonard, Sr.. She moved to Maryland after marrying Pastor Al in June of 1980.

Sis Jeraldine graduated from the Minister’s Internship Program of the Church of God along with Pastor Al. She also has taken classes through the Covenant Theological Seminary. Her current studies range from building web pages to searching financial grants. She also makes herself available to the women of the church to teach them computer skills to help them better themselves in the job market.

Sis Jeraldine’s family is very important to her. All of her 4 children are serving in some capacity in ministry. Since their marriage she has worked side by side with her husband in ministry.
